We are thrilled that many are inquiring about how to become a vendor at the Hana Holiday Craft Show. If you are interested in being considered as a vendor, please fill out this interest form linked below.
Please note this is only an interest form, not an application or a wait list. If you are invited to participate, we will send you an email with a formal application with additional details. We usually only have a few spots for new vendors each year.
Also be aware that there are scammers out there posing as craft show coordinators and posting on social media telling people to send them money for vendor spots. We do not solicit on social media. Be cautious and do not send the scammers money.
Over the years Hana Craft Show has built a community of some of the best artists and small businesses, and they’re what makes our show great. Generally we fill our show with our returning vendors, but occasionally we have spots that open up.
Please note that spots are not first-come first-served, but our team reviews each interested vendor to determine if they would be a good fit for our show. Each year we receive many inquiries from vendors wishing to apply, and while we wish we could accommodate everyone, we usually only have a few open spot for new vendors.
Also, we do not take day-of walk-ups for vendors. Because we have an established vendor approval process, we’re not able to accept vendors who arrive on the day of the event seeking a spot.
IMPORTANT: There are some scammers/phishers on Facebook and other platforms commenting on holiday craft show events like ours saying that there are spots available for vendors, hoping to scam you into sending them money for the spot. Please be aware that we do not solicit for vendors on social media. Please report any suspicious activity to us and to Facebook/Instagram.
